Assistant Administration Position
Maintain a cooperative relationship with employees, clients, consumers, and the public. Maintaining a good communications and organizational skills, which promote a progressive, efficient flow throughout the office.

Maintain a professional relationship with department directors and managers as required.


Client Service Liaison
Client Service Liaisons are responsible for providing our clients, both internal and external, with the highest level of service. Liaisons prepare and analyze reports for clients on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. He / She will work with all departments internally to ensure the best possible product is being delivered to clients at all times. The Liaison will be involved in all client meetings and conference calls and is considered the day-to-day contact with our clients.

Director of Operations
Manage the productivity of the Department including Managers and Recovery Specialists. Analyze and resolve all matters effecting management policies and general business operations. Accountable for personal and department’s monthly recovery goals and development of staff. Authorize to implement discretionary measures.

Maintain a professional relationship with department directors and managers as required.


Manager of Collections
Manage the productivity of a minimum of (5-10) Collector’s/Recovery Specialists. Analyze and resolve all matters effecting management policies and general business operations. Accountable for their personal and department’s monthly recovery goals and development of staff. Authorize to implement discretionary measures.
Position directly reports to the C.O.O officer. Requires a team relationship with other departments such as administrative/accounting as required. A cooperative relationship with other employees, clients, consumers, and the public is required.


Quality Assurance Representative
Ensure compliance with company and client standards as well as adherence to State and Federal laws regarding third party collections and identifying ways to improve overall company performance.

Develop a team relationship within the Quality Assurance Department. Maintain a professional relationship with department directors and managers as required.


Recovery Specialist
Exercise the highest level of professionalism in the recovery of money to achieve monthly collection goals. Position directly reports to the Manager of the unit. Requires a team relationship with other departments such as administrative/accounting as required. A cooperative relationship with other employees, clients, consumers, and the public is required.

Sales Representative
Sales Representative are responsible for prospecting and generating new clients for MRS. Sales Representatives are required to cold call, attend industry functions, travel and generate new business. Sales Representatives will work with all departments internally to ensure the best possible product is being delivered to clients at all times. The Sales Representative will be involved in ongoing client meetings and conference calls after the sale, but is required to maintain a new pipeline at all times. MRS Sales Representatives are paid on a base salary and commission.
