MRS employees receive a competitive compensation package that consists of base compensation, incentive pay, and benefits.  The company's benefits program addresses both immediate needs like medical and dental coverage and long-term needs, such as retirement savings.  The following benefits summary applies to regular full-time employees. Part-time employees may have different benefits and costs. Consult with a hiring representative for more information.

Employee Benefits

MRS Associates' employees receive a competitive compensation package that consists of annual base compensation, bonus incentives and a 401K plan which includes an employer match. The company offers a comprehensive benefit plan which includes but is not limited to: medical, dental, vision, prescription. Ancillary benefits include but are not limited to, STD, LTD, Life/Supplemental Insurance.

Medical Insurance

Prescription coverage

MRS Associates offers a comprehensive Direct Access medical plan to employees. With this plan, benefits are paid at a higher level when employees use healthcare providers and medical services within the network. Eligibility is determined based on position and company benefit class structure.

The standard office plan is a Direct Access Planwhich includes but is not limited to primary care visits, hospitalization,and prescription.  Employees may choose to “upgrade” to a higher Direct Access Plan, also with the same coverage and more.  Both plans offer comparable benefits and wellness programs.

Dental Insurance

Dental benefit includes specified coverage for all preventive and major dental restoration.

Vision Insurance

Vision exams are covered in full every 12 months when using providers within the network. Lenses or contact lenses are covered every 12 months. Eyeglass frames are covered every 24 months. The cost of this benefit is additional to the monthly insurance premium. Eligibility dependant on position and tenure with company.

Life Insurance

MRS Associates provides group life insurance coverage at an amount of one times an employee’s annual salary. This benefit is currently provided at no charge to the employee and becomes effective on the employee’s hire date.

401(k) Savings Plan

This retirement savings plan allows participants to save a portion of their earnings on a tax-deferred basis. Employees may contribute up to 15% percent of their pre-tax earnings into a pre-tax 401(k) account. The contributions can be allocated among 13 funds. After an employee completes one year of service this allows them to enroll into the retirement plan. MRS Associates also makes a “matching” contribution one time per year.  Full vesting occurs after five years of employment.

Ancillary Benefits

Some of the additional benefits offered to our employees include Life Insurance, a Critical Illness Plan, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability.
