Cross Investment Expands MRS Service Offerings

MRS Associates announced today their joint venture with Spanco BPO Ventures Ltd, the Business Process Outsourcing division of Spanco Telesystems. The joint venture will involve cross investments between MRS and Respondez, Spanco's International BPO arm.

MRS is a leading Accounts Receivable Management company with 17 years of experience in the United States collections industry. With 3 call centers and 700 employees in the U.S., MRS has presence in both 1^st and 3^rd party collections and has a significant client base of Fortune 500 companies in the Credit Card, Banking & Auto Industries.

Respondez is the International Contact Center arm of Spanco BPO Ventures with infrastructure of over 2000 seats and presence in India and the United Kingdom. It has key clients across the United States and UK in Gaming, Infomercial and Internet Retail segments providing Customer Service, Technical Support, Customer Acquisition and Back Office support.

With this investment, MRS has joined leading edge players in the global BPO and outsourcing services market. It now has the capability to offer global delivery from several geographically distributed locations through world-class technology, infrastructure, and subject matter expertise.
