Nationwide Outsourcing Company Authorizes Increase Staffing by Approximately 150 Jobs

Cherry Hill, NJ: MRS Associates, Inc. (MRS) announced today a major new hiring initiative that will add 150 new account representatives and managers to the company's existing Accounts Receivables Management Division.

The company attributes the expansion to opportunities from its rapidly growing First Party Collections Division and steady growth from new and existing clients within its Third Party Collections Division. 

According to Darren Schulman, President/CFO, "We made a concerted effort to expand our services in 2008 and it was a break-through year for us.  The two most significant expansions of services include our First Party/Active Receivables division and our Probate division.  Our biggest growth catalyst has been our ability to help mitigate charge offs for our clients specifically in the late stage delinquencies which are the most at risk for our clients."

With three PCI compliant Domestic call centers and a PCI/ISO certified International call center, MRS will be expanding in all of its locations in order to best serve its clients' interests.  The New Albany, OH and Cherry Hill, NJ offices are the two centers that are targeted for the largest growth.  Approval for the new hires was given on November 1, 2008.  The implementation of this recruitment effort began shortly thereafter and all hires are slated for completion by the end of March 2009.
